I pre ordered the Mophie Juice Pack in August, the 24th to be exact. Delivery was promised in September. Which became late September to mid and then late October. and now the site reads November 7th I believe that I like many others have funded this company’s R&D on this product and should be compensated for such.. they took the money from my card on the 24th of august. and now ::::

ME: You know this is outrageous. 2 to 3 business days. it didn’t take you that long to take the money.. You will also apply a $20.00 money usage fee. for using my money to fund your R&D for the past 60+ days.

Hey look everyone the Fast Mac IV it has longer battery life and a flash for the camera and is shipping NOW not in MAYBE two weeks not in MAYBE two MONTHS. NOW do you hear me NOW not on the 15th oh sorry the 30th or sorry the 7th oh sorry the 31st oh sorry the fifth time we’ll start shipping when the excrement is dry on our thumbs and feel like servicing our customers. and writing them back within the day they write..

Ross - NOVEMBER 7, 2008 AT 11:22 AM Yes, they did. They then decided to modify it (using my money, I suppose) to work with both the first generation and the 3G. Also, this product is not “Works With iPhone” certified, which probably cuts down on the development timeline.

Marty Buchaus - NOVEMBER 27, 2008 AT 11:26 AM I’ve received my mophie and have been using for a few days now… and the battery life seems to fall short of the claims on mophie’s website. I left on standby one Sunday total lying 49 hours and made 1, 3 min call Mophie was dead by 50th hour and the phone lasted till about 3 that afternoon.. now the phone of course was used for a few calls on monday morning.. I’m wondering if the phone is using more power due to the mophie making the phone think it’s on AC..
Michael V. Riley - FEBRUARY 12, 2009 AT 8:59 PM I bought a juice pack in the late fall and it worked well for about 3 weeks and then simply “died”. I received a replacement from MStation and the replacement worked perfectly for about 3 1/2 weeks and then “died” 3 days ago. My e mail to mophie regarding the problem goes unanswered. Oddly enough, I live within about 1 hour of their office and may simply take a drive up there to chat with the CEO about the obvious problem with the unit.
