Recently, I made a bad move. I forwarded an email to about 20 people that was forwarded to me. A Colleague whose opinion I respect, Pointed out my error and to quote “Forwards cut the too few degrees of email separation down significantly, and end up promoting spam and virus propagation.” This statement should be considered with the Rules of Email Forwarding , which I did not Follow. I’m writing this now in hops that others will read and apply these Rules to emails they are about to forward, and not make the same mistake I did. I sureley will effort to not make this mistake again.
